<p>Castro is a highly capable podcast player that simplifies tracking and managing multiple podcasts simultaneously. It allows users to listen to only the episodes they desire while effortlessly skipping the rest. With features like carplay compatibility, chapter support, trim silence, and much more, it guarantees a seamless listening experience.</p>

<h2>How It Works</h2>

  <li>New episodes are displayed in the "NEW" tab. Users can read their descriptions, add preferred episodes to the "QUEUE," and clear the rest.</li>
  <li>By pressing play, users can listen to episodes from their queue in sequential order. Queued episodes are automatically downloaded.</li>
  <li>Users have the flexibility to rearrange their queue at any time, allowing them to plan their next few hours of listening. They can also browse their library to explore the back catalog, access starred shows, and review their listening history.</li>

<p>Subscribing to a podcast no longer necessitates committing to listening to every episode. Users can avoid managing an extensive list of subscriptions or missing out on other shows.</p>

  <li>Enhance Voices: Improves the listening experience for many podcasts and makes it easier to hear in noisy environments. By applying a dynamic compressor, it enhances volume where it's needed most.</li>
  <li>Sideloading: Offers the ability to import audio files directly by simply dropping them into iCloud Drive.</li>
  <li>Mono-Mix: Converts stereo podcasts into mono, making it easier to hear episodes with guests panned on different channels.</li>
  <li>Chapter Support: Provides artwork, skipping, and pre-selection options.</li>
  <li>Custom settings per-podcast: Allows users to customize settings individually for each podcast, including episode limit, trim silence, enhance voices, mono mix, skip intros, and playback speed.</li>

<h2>Castro Plus Subscription Terms</h2>

<p>The subscription fee for Castro Plus is $18.99 per year. Prices may vary in countries outside of the US and are displayed in US dollars.</p>

<p>Payment for Castro Plus is charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically on the day preceding the end of the current subscription period. Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time through the Castro settings screen.</p>

<p>You can switch between the two subscription periods after selection, but keep in mind that your trial period will end immediately if you make a switch. Therefore, it is advisable to wait until your free week is over before making changes.</p>

<p>Subscription renewal occurs unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Users can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal by going to their Account Settings after purchase. If applicable, any remaining unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon subscription purchase.</p>
